Sound healing came into my life in 2023 and I fell in love with the healing benefits it has to offer.
I come from a rich background in massage therapy and yoga instruction. These two interventions help inform my sound healing practices. I became officially certified to be a sound healer in March of 2024 and began my journey of building Relaxation Therapy by Megan.
Some benefits I have personally experienced have been stress and anxiety relief, uplifted energy levels, and improved focus. I have also found that sound therapy aids in ADHD support which has been a game changer in my life.
Moving forward in my healing journey, my goal is to help as many people as possible. I can't wait to get to know you and see how sound healing can enhance your life.
